Membership and donations
Party membership and political donations are open to Israeli citizens only. That is not our policy, it is the law, and we would rather state it plainly here than sort it out later.
The rules we operate under
- Donations to an Israeli political party may only come from individual Israeli citizens.
- Companies, partnerships and other corporate bodies may not donate — Israeli or foreign.
- Foreign nationals may not donate to the party. If that is you, sponsor a caravan instead.
- Individual donations are capped by law, and the cap is low — currently on the order of ₪1,700 per donor, adjusted periodically. We will show the exact current figure at checkout.
- Every donation is reported to the State Comptroller. There is no quiet money here.
Membership
Membership is a formal act with legal requirements under the Political Parties Law, and it does require identification — unlike a vote pledge. We are completing that process properly rather than improvising it on a web form.
